Sweet Durga came into care at the Sagarmatha Children Home when she was roughly 8 months old. She was found near an apartment building and after a thorough search for her guardians, the police brought her to the childrens home. There has been such a huge transformation since Durga’s arrival to our Hannahs Hope partner home. When she first arrived she could not speak or stand. Now, she can walk and understand certain words! Durga is a quiet girl with limited vision and does not like to be overly social. She is in regular special therapy and her development has improved in the time she has spent at Sagarmatha.Children’s Home
